Interactions
- Not to be combined with other β-blocking agents
- Monitor closely when coadministered with catecholamine-depleting drugs
- Use with care when concurrent use of centrally active antihypertensive agents, antiarrhythmic agents, or calcium channel blockers

- Second or third degree A-V block
- Right ventricular failure secondary to pulmonary hypertension

- Patients with severe anaphylactic reaction may be more reactive to repeated challenge
- Unresponsive to usual doses of epinephrine
