Pharmacology

Contraindications
- Hypercalcaemia and hyperparathyroidism
- Hypercalciuria and nephrolithiasis
- Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
- Concomitant digoxin therapy
- Caution in patients with sarcoidosis, renal or cardiac disease, and those receiving cardiac glycosides
