Description
Fightex Tablet is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by sensitive bacteria, such as Pharyngitis/Tonsillitis, Acute Bacterial Otitis Media, Sinusitis, Pneumonia, Urinary Tract Infections, Skin Infections, Lyme Disease, Gonorrhea, Bone and Joint Infections.

- Usual Adult Dose: 750 mg three times daily by IM or IV injection
- Usual Pediatric Dose: 20 mg/kg/day to 150 mg/kg/day
- Surgical Prophylaxis Dose: 1.5 gm by IV injection at induction of anaesthesia
- Dose Adjustment in Meningitis: 200-240 mg/kg/day by IV injection in 3 or 4 divided doses
- Drug Excretion: Excreted in human milk
