Description

Dosage

Interaction

- Concomitant use with aliskiren in patients with diabetes or renal impairment

Use in Special Populations
- Dosage adjustments based on creatinine clearance (CrCl) in adults
- Avoid in children with GFR <30 mL/min/1.73 m2
Overdose Effects
- Symptoms: Hypotension, tachycardia, circulatory shock, palpitations
- Management: Normal saline IV infusion, haemodialysis, emesis, gastric lavage
