Description

Use in Special Populations

  • Dosage adjustments based on creatinine clearance (CrCl) in adults
  • Avoid in children with GFR <30 mL/min/1.73 m2

Overdose Effects

  • Symptoms: Hypotension, tachycardia, circulatory shock, palpitations
  • Management: Normal saline IV infusion, haemodialysis, emesis, gastric lavage
