40 mg Once Daily for Helicobacter pylori eradication
20-80 mg once daily for Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
20-40 mg once daily for acid-related Dyspepsia
20 mg once daily for duodenal ulcer
20-40 mg once daily for gastric ulcer
IV Injection or IV infusion for specific conditions

Administration

Swallow whole one hour before a meal for tablet or capsule
Preparation of oral suspension
Reconstitution and IV administration for injection

Metabolism by CYP2C19 and CYP3A4
