Pharmacology

  • Stable combination of L-Ornithine and L-Aspartate
  • Conversion of toxic ammonia into non-toxic urea
  • Elimination of urea via kidneys
  • Detoxification support for the liver
  • Reduction of elevated ammonia levels in blood
  • ATP liberation for regeneration of damaged liver cells

Dosage

  • Sachet: 1-2 sachets granules dissolved in fluid 3 times a day during or after meals
  • Injection (Infusion Concentrate): Recommended dose of up to 20 gm (4 ampoules daily)

Administration

  • Addition of infusion concentrate to intravenous fluids
  • Dilution rate of 1 ampoule per 100 ml of IV fluid
  • Stable solution mixtures for up to 24 hours
  • Maximum infusion rate of 5 gm/h
