Hypersensitivity to any components
Not intended for treatment of severe specific deficiencies of vitamins or minerals
Not recommended for patients undergoing treatment with levodopa as pyridoxine decreases the efficacy of levodopa
During the first trimester of pregnancy, larger doses of vitamin A may be teratogenic

Reported at levels substantially higher than those in this tablet. Iron associated with gastrointestinal intolerance in some patients

During the first trimester of pregnancy, recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Larger doses of Vitamin-A may be teratogenic

Not intended for treatment of pernicious anemia or other megaloblastic anemia where vitamin B12 is deficient
