Indications

• Acute and delayed nausea and vomiting
• Uncontrolled nausea and vomiting
• Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV)
• Radiotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (RINV)
• Post-operative & Post-discharge nausea and vomiting (PONV & PDNV)

Dosage & Administration

• Usual adult tablet dosage: 0.5 mg daily
• Usual adult IV dosage: 0.075 mg over 10 seconds
• Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting dosage

• Post-operative nausea and vomiting dosage
• Children dosage: (1 month to 17 years)

Interaction

• Safe administration with other medications
