Dosage Instructions

Indications

Maintenance Dose

Pediatric Dosage

  • 5mg for <15kg weight
  • 10mg for ≥15kg weight

H. pylori Eradication Regimen

  • Rabeprazole 20mg twice daily, clarithromycin 500mg twice daily, amoxicillin 1g twice daily for 7 days
