Indications
- Osteoarthritis (OA)
- Rheumatoid arthritis (RA)
- Ankylosing spondylitis
- Pain and signs of inflammation associated with acute gouty arthritis
- Moderate pain associated with dental surgery
Symptomatic Relief Dosage
- 30 mg once daily for Osteoarthritis
- 90 mg once daily for Rheumatoid arthritis and Ankylosing spondylitis
- 120 mg once daily for Acute gouty arthritis
- 90 mg once daily for Postoperative dental surgery pain, up to 3 days
Interaction with Medicines
- Oral anticoagulants
- Diuretics, ACE inhibitors, and Angiotensin II Antagonists
- Acetylsalicylic Acid
- Ciclosporin and tacrolimus
- Lithium
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or excipients
- Active peptic ulceration or gastro-intestinal (GI) bleeding
- Bronchospasm, rhinitis, nasal polyps, allergic-type reactions to NSAIDs
- Pregnancy and lactation
- Severe hepatic dysfunction
- Estimated renal creatinine clearance <30 ml/min
- Inflammatory bowel disease
- Congestive heart failure
- Hypertension, ischaemic heart disease, peripheral arterial disease, cerebrovascular disease

Precautions & Warnings
- Caution with NSAID use in at-risk patients

- Caution in patients with cardiac failure, left ventricular dysfunction, or hypertension

- Discontinuation at signs of hypersensitivity

Overdose Effects
- Single doses up to 500 mg and multiple doses up to 150 mg/day did not result in significant toxicity
- Usual supportive measures should be employed in case of overdose
