Indications

Composition
- Thiamine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
- Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium BP 2.74 mg equivalent to Riboflavin 2 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP 2 mg
- Nicotinamide BP 20 mg
- Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate USP 27.45 mg equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mg

Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 2 to 3 times daily
- Children dosage: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 1 to 3 times daily
- Infants dosage: 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) 1 to 2 times daily
- Tablet dosage for adults & children over 30 kg: 1 to 2 tablets 2 to 3 times daily
Interaction
- Decrease in absorption of tetracyclines due to zinc intake
- Decrease in serum levels of some fluroquinolones due to zinc intake
- Potential myopathy and rhabdomyolysis with Niacin and HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors
- Reduced effectiveness of levodopa with pyridoxine co-administration
- Decrease in serum levels of phenytoin with pyridoxine co-administration
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients

- Recommended for use in pregnancy and lactation
Precautions & Warnings
- Dosage adjustment needed in acute renal failure
- Not intended for the treatment of severe specific deficiencies
Overdose Effects
- Initial symptoms of epigastric pain, diarrhoea, and vomiting
- Emergency medical attention required in case of overdosage
- Emetic and gastric lavage may be needed
