Indications

  • Regular treatment of asthma
  • Asthma not controlled with inhaled corticosteroids
  • Asthma controlled on inhaled corticosteroid and long-acting β2-agonist

Pharmacology

  • Salmeterol Xinafoate is a selective, long-acting beta-2 agonist
  • Fluticasone Propionate is a corticosteroid with mainly glucocorticoid activity
  • Salmeterol protects against symptoms, Fluticasone Propionate improves lung function

Dosage

  • Different dosages for adults, adolescents, and children

Administration
