Mode of action

Renal impairment dosage

  • Hypertension: 1.25mg daily, up to 5mg daily

  • Bradycardia
  • Electrolyte disturbances
  • Renal failure

Management of overdose

Gastric lavage, administration of adsorbents, volume and salt substitution, α1-adrenergic agonists
