Description
Ramilon is an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor used to treat hypertension, congestive heart failure, reduce the risk of stroke and myocardial infarction, and manage heart failure after myocardial infarction.

Mode of action
Decreases plasma angiotensin II, leading to antihypertensive activity and effective management of heart failure
Indications
- Hypertension

Renal impairment dosage
- Hypertension: 1.25mg daily, up to 5mg daily
- Heart failure: 1.25mg-2.5mg daily, up to 2.5mg twice daily

- Electrolyte disturbances
- Renal failure
