Pharmacology

- Vitamin A essential for growth and differentiation of epithelial tissue

Dosage & Administration
Orally one tablet daily for adult and children over 5 years of age or as directed by the physicians
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any of its components
- Not intended for treatment of severe specific deficiencies of vitamins or minerals
- Not recommended for patients undergoing treatment with levodopa
- During the first trimester of pregnancy, larger doses of vitamin A may be teratogenic
Side Effects
Reported at substantially higher levels than those in this tablet, Iron has been associated with gastrointestinal intolerance in some patients
Pregnancy & Lactation
During the first trimester, recommended daily dose should not be exceeded, larger doses of Vitamin-A may be teratogenic
Precautions & Warnings
Not intended for treatment of pernicious anemia or other megaloblastic anemia where vitamin B12 is deficient
