Composition
- Extended release capsule
- Ferrous Sulphate 150 mg
- Folic acid 0.5 mg
- Thiamine Mononitrate (vitamin B1) 2 mg
- Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 2 mg
- Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 10 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 1 mg
- Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 50 mg
Pharmacology
- Iron essential for red blood cell production
- Folic acid essential for coenzyme production
- Vitamin C necessary for collagen formation
- Vitamin B complex for cell health and energy
- Vitamin B promotes WBC and platelet production
Dosage & Administration
- Recommended adult dose: one capsule daily
- Up to 2 capsules in severe deficiency states
- Or as directed by the physician
Interactions
- Careful with patients with iron storage disease
- Chelates with antacids and Tetracycline
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any ingredients
- Contraindicated in haemachromatosis and haemosiderosis
- Contraindicated in patients receiving repeated blood transfusion
- Cautious usage with patients taking Levodopa

Precautions & Warnings
- Careful with patients at risk of iron overload
- Chelates with tetracycline and impairs absorption
Overdose Effects
- Accidental overdose leading to fatal poisoning in children
- Excess iron can cause various symptoms
- Higher doses of Nicotinamide may cause vomiting, diarrhea
- Sensory neuropathy observed with long-term high Pyridoxine intake
