Dosage & Administration

- Children 6-12 years: 6-9 mg/kg body weight two times daily
- Doxophylline SR tablet for required daily dose of 400mg
Interactions
- Avoid administration with other xanthine preparations
- Limit consumption of caffeine-containing beverages and food
- Exercise caution when administering with ephedrine or sympathomimetic drugs
- Concurrent administration with specific drugs may affect hepatic clearance
