Indications

• Locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma treatment
• Locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer treatment

Pharmacology

• Inhibition of PD-L1 to PD-1 and B7.1 receptors
• Fc-engineered humanized immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody

Dosage & Administration

• Intravenous infusion administration
• Recommended dose of 1200 mg or 1680 mg
• Selection based on tumor PD-L1 expression

Contraindications

• Known hypersensitivity to atezolizumab or any excipients

Pregnancy & Lactation

• Not recommended during pregnancy unless benefit outweighs risk
• Impact on milk production or presence in breast milk is not known

Precautions & Warnings

• Monitor for signs and symptoms of pneumonitis, hepatitis, and colitis
• Monitor thyroid function and appropriate management for abnormal liver function tests

Use in Special Populations

• Safety and efficacy not established in children and adolescents below 18 years of age
• No dose adjustment required in patients ≥ 65 years of age or with renal impairment
• No dose adjustment required for patients with mild hepatic impairment
