Eradra 5% (Ophthalmic Solution)

Indications

• Treatment of signs and symptoms of dry eye disease (DED)

Pharmacology

• Binds to integrin LFA-1
• Blocks interaction of LFA-1 with ICAM-1
• Inhibits T-cell activation and migration
• May inhibit secretion of inflammatory cytokines

Dosage & Administration

• Instill one drop twice daily into each eye
• Administer approximately 12 hours apart
• Remove contact lenses before administration
• Reinsert contact lenses 15 minutes following administration

• Hypersensitivity to the drug or any ingredient in the formulation
