Interaction
- Anticholinergic drugs may antagonize antidyspeptic effect
- Antacids and antisecretory drugs lower oral bioavailability
- Metabolized through CYP3A4 pathway
- Inhibition of CYP3A4 may increase plasma levels
- Potential influence on absorption of concomitantly administered drugs
- No influence on neuroleptics and dopaminergic agonists
