Indications
- Treatment of signs and symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis

Pharmacology
- Antihistamine action
- Blockade of histamine action
- Inhibition of release of inflammatory mediators
- Moderate protein binding in human serum

- Mainly eliminated through urinary excretion
Dosage
- 0.1% eye drops: one drop in each affected eye two times per day
- 0.2% eye drops: one drop in the affected eye once a day
- 0.7% eye drops: one drop in each affected eye once a day
- Nasal spray for adults and adolescents: two sprays per nostril twice daily
- Nasal spray for children 6 to 11 years: one spray per nostril twice daily
- Tablet for adults: one tablet (5 mg) twice daily
- Tablet for children 7 years old or over: one tablet (5 mg) twice daily

Precautions & Warnings
- Not for use with red eyes while wearing contact lenses
- Avoid treating contact lens related irritation with olopatadine eye drops
- Benzalkonium chloride absorption by soft contact lenses
- Wait 10 minutes before inserting contact lenses
- Avoid spraying nasal spray into the eyes
- Take tablet at the same time every day
- Avoid taking more than the recommended dose
- Do not stop taking without consulting a doctor
