  • Adult dosage 75-150 mg daily
  • Children dosage 1-3 mg/kg body weight daily
  • Elderly patients dosage
  • Maximum daily dose 150 mg
  • External use only
  • Dosage reduction for long term use

  • Anticoagulants interaction

Contraindications

  • Patients hypersensitive to any ingredient
  • Peptic ulcer
  • Hypersensitivity to Diclofenac
  • Contra-indicated in asthmatic patients
  • Not for use under occlusive airtight dressings

Pregnancy & Lactation

  • Use only for compelling reasons during pregnancy
  • Lowest effective dose should be used
  • Not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy

Precautions & Warnings

  • Peptic ulceration
  • Gastrointestinal bleeding
  • Close observation for advanced age patients
  • Avoid contact with eyes or mucus membranes
  • Proper hand washing after application
  • Not to be taken by mouth
