Description

  • Indications:

  • Pharmacology:
    • ModeOfAction: Proton pump inhibitor that suppresses gastric acid secretion
    • Absorption: Enteric-coated pellet formulation for controlled release
    • Distribution: 97% bound to plasma proteins
    • Metabolism: Extensive metabolism in the liver by CYP enzymes
    • Excretion: Less than 1% excreted in urine, remainder in faeces
