Dosage Options
- 40000 IU once weekly for 7 weeks

Pharmacological Action
Calcitriol binding to Vitamin D receptors, fat solubility, absorption in small intestine, metabolization to 25-hydroxy Vitamin D3 and 1,25-dihydroxy Vitamin D3, storage in tissues, elimination via faeces and urine
