Pharmacology

Dosage & Administration

2 teaspoonfuls syrup 4 times a day for adults
Not more than 8 teaspoonful syrup in 24 hours for adults

Interaction

Potentiates effects of alcohol and other CNS depressants
Potentiates effects of anticholinergics
May result in tachycardia, dry mouth, gastrointestinal disturbances, urinary retention, headache

Contraindications

Known hypersensitivity to the product or any of its components
Recent treatment with MAOIs within last two weeks
