Dosage & Administration

• Tofacitinib 5 mg twice daily
• Tofacitinib 11 mg once daily
• Moderate and severe renal impairment

• Inhibitors of Cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4)
• Potent inhibition of CYP2C19
• Potent CYP inducers (e.g. Rifampin)
