Dosage
- Initial daily dosage of 100 mg
- Range of 25 to 200 mg daily
- Doses of 100 to 400 mg daily for hyperaldosteronism
- 50 to 100 mg initial daily dosage for hypertension
- Dosage ranging from 25 mg to 100 mg daily for hypokalemia

- ACE inhibitors

- Acute renal insufficiency
- Impairment of renal function
- Anuria
- Hyperkalemia
- Sensitivity to Spironolactone
