Risk of hyperkalemia with ACE inhibitors
Increased levels of cardiac glycosides with digoxin
Hypokalemia with corticosteroids
Potential reduction of diuretic effects with NSAIDs
Increased ototoxicity with aminoglycoside antibiotics

Contraindications

Anuria
Acute renal insufficiency
Severe impairment of renal function
Hyperkalaemia
Addison's disease
Hypersensitivity to Spironolactone, Furosemide, or sulphonamides
