Dosage

  • 30 mg Once daily for Maintenance of Healed erosive esophagitis
  • 30 mg Once daily for Symptomatic Non-Erosive GERD
  • 60 mg Once daily for Healing of erosive esophagitis
  • Dexlansoprazole MUPS dosing recommendations for adults and pediatric patients

Administration

  • Can be taken without regard to food
  • Swallowed whole or administered as intact granules
  • Granules should not be chewed
  • Instructions for missed dose

Interaction

  • Interaction with specific medicines: Atazanavir, Warfarin, Tacrolimus, Clopidogrel, Methotrexate
