          Dosage & Administration

          Contraindications

          • Cardiogenic shock
          • Overt heart failure
          • Second or third degree A-V block
          • Right ventricular failure secondary to pulmonary hypertension
          • Sinus bradycardia

          • Unresponsive to usual doses of epinephrine to treat allergic reactions
