Indications

Composition

Active Substance: Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium USP 10 mg
Preservative: Purite 0.0075%

Pharmacology

Alleviates symptoms of moderate to severe dry eye syndromes
Provides long-lasting protection against dryness and irritation
Acts as a lubricating formulation similar to normal tears
Utilizes a mild and non-sensitizing preservative that changes into natural tear components
Viscosity enhancer increases retention time of the eye drop

Dosage & Administration

Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) 4 times a day or as needed

Interaction

Interval of at least 5 minutes required between applications if using several medicines in the eye

Contraindications

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any ingredient

Precautions & Warnings

Administer concomitant ocular medication 15 minutes prior to instillation
Remove contact lenses before use
Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy
Avoid touching the container tip to surfaces
Replace cap after each use

Use in Special Populations

Not suitable for infants and small children under 3 years
No overall differences in safety or effectiveness observed between elderly and other adult patients

Storage Conditions

Use within 30 days after first opening
Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C in a dry place
Protect from light
Close bottle tightly after use
Keep away from children's reach
