Indications

Contraindications
- Pulmonary edema or congestive heart failure
- Inadequate urine flow, dehydration, or acidosis
- Intracranial bleeding
- Renal failure without diuretic response

- Fluid and electrolyte imbalance
- Circulatory overload at high doses
- Nausea, vomiting, thirst, headache
- Dizziness, fever, tachycardia, chest pain
- Hyponatremia, dehydration, blurred vision
- Urticaria, hypertension or hypotension
