Pharmacology
- Orally-active progestogen
- Produces a complete secretory endometrium

Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to the active substance or excipients
- Known or suspected progestogen dependent neoplasms (e.g. meningioma)

- Monitoring patients with a history of depression
Overdose Effects
- Well-tolerated after oral dosing
- No reports of ill effects from overdose
- Gastric lavage recommended if large overdose is discovered
