Indications
- Treatment of postoperative inflammation
- Reduction of ocular pain after cataract extraction
Pharmacology
- Contains Bromfenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)
- Blocks prostaglandin synthesis
- Inhibits cyclooxygenase 1 and 2
Dosage & Administration
- One drop once daily pre-surgery and for 14 days post-surgery
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any ingredients of the formulation

- Conjunctival hyperemia
- Eye irritation
- Eye pain
- Eye pruritus
- Eye redness
- Headache
- Iritis

Precautions & Warnings
- May slow or delay healing
- Use with caution in patients with bleeding tendencies
- Concomitant use with corticosteroids may increase potential for healing problems
