- Bisoprolol Fumarate is a β1-selective (cardioselective) adrenoceptor blocking agent
- Hydrochlorothiazide is a benzothiadiazine diuretic affecting renal tubular mechanisms of electrolyte reabsorption and increasing excretion of sodium and chloride
Dosage & Administration
- Effective doses of Bisoprolol 2.5 to 40 mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 to 50 mg

- Subsequent titration with maximum recommended dose 20/12.5 mg once daily
- Therapy substitution and guided by clinical effect
Interaction
- Potentiation of action of other antihypertensive agents
