Dosage & Administration
- Initial dose: Irbesartan 150mg & Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg once a day
- Add-on/Replacement therapy: Irbesartan 150-300mg & Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5-25mg once a day
- Maximum dose: Irbesartan 300mg & Hydrochlorothiazide 25mg once a day

- Hypersensitivity to any component
- Anuria
- Hypersensitivity to sulfonamide-derived drugs
