Indications

• Treatment of Polyneuropathy
• Treatment of Neuritis
• Treatment of Neuralgia
• Supportive treatment in facial paresis

Composition

• Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) 100 mg
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 200 mg
• Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 200 microgram
• Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 100 mg
• Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 100 mg
• Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1000 mcg

Pharmacology

• Vitamin B1 converts carbohydrates, fatty acids and amino acids into energy
• Vitamin B6 forms RBCs
• Vitamin B12 is essential for cell replication
• Helps to prevent depression
• Reduces nerve pain and numbness

Dosage & Administration

• Tablet: 1-3 Tablets per day
• Injection: 1 injection daily in severe cases
• Injection: 2-3 injections per week in mild cases
• Preferably injected intramuscularly

Interaction

• No reported drug interactions

Contraindications

• Contraindicated in patients on levodopa therapy
• Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity

Side Effects

• Generally well tolerated
• Allergic reactions may be observed in few cases

• Injection not recommended during pregnancy & lactation

Precautions & Warnings

• Cyanocobalamin not suitable for optic neuropathies
