Indications

Dosage & Administration
- 20 mg tablet for adults and adolescents
- 10 mg mouth dissolving tablet for children aged 6 to 11 years
- 4 ml once daily for children aged 2 to 11 years
- Tablet to be swallowed with water on an empty stomach
Interaction
- Increased concentration with ketoconazole, erythromycin, cyclosporine, or diltiazem
- No significant effect on safety profile
- No potentiation of CNS effects with lorazepam
