Mode of Action

Dosage & Administration
- Adults (18 years and older): 4 mg daily
- Recommended Doses:
- 4 mg as a strong antioxidant, for cardiovascular health and immune function
- 4-8 mg for skin condition, sun protection, nerve injury recovery, and eye protection
- 8-12 mg for reducing inflammation
- 16 mg for reducing infertility risk
- Administration: Should be taken along with or immediately prior to meals in the morning
Interaction
Concomitant intake with Cholestyramine, Colestipol, Mineral oil, Orlistat may reduce absorption rate
Contraindications
Not suitable for individuals with known allergies to Astaxanthin
