Dosage

30 mg Once daily for Maintenance of Healed erosive esophagitis and relief of heartburn
30 mg Once daily for Symptomatic Non-Erosive GERD
60 mg Once daily for Healing of erosive esophagitis

Administration

Can be taken without regard to food
Swallowed whole or sprinkled and swallowed immediately

Proton Pump Inhibitor suppressing gastric acid secretion
R-enantiomer of lansoprazole
Dual Delayed Release (DDR) formulation in a capsule

Interaction

With Atazanavir, Warfarin, Tacrolimus, Clopidogrel & Methotrexate

Known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation
