Indications
- Treatment of invasive aspergillosis
- Treatment of candidemia and disseminated candidiasis

Pharmacology
- Mode of action: inhibits ergosterol synthesis
- Binds and inhibits CYP450-dependent 14-alpha sterol demethylase

Interaction
