Indications
- Once-daily maintenance bronchodilator treatment

Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dose of one inhalation capsule
- 50 microgram capsule
- Orally inhaled route
- Once daily at the same time of the day
Interaction
- No specific interaction studies conducted
- Not recommended with inhaled anti-cholinergic drugs
- Used concomitantly with other drugs commonly used in the treatment of COPD
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to glycopyrronium or any excipients

- Paradoxical bronchospasm
Pregnancy & Lactation
- Use during pregnancy only if benefit justifies potential risk to fetus
- Use by breast-feeding women with caution
Precautions & Warnings
- Not indicated for treatment of acute cases of bronchospasm
- Not for patients under 18 years of age
- Use with caution in patients with narrow-angle glaucoma or urinary retention
- Discontinue if signs of allergic reaction occur
Overdose Effects
- High doses may lead to anticholinergic signs and symptoms
- Acute intoxication by inadvertent oral ingestion unlikely
