Indications
- Long-term once-daily maintenance bronchodilator treatment
- Airflow obstruction in patients with COPD

Composition
- Indacaterol 110 mcg as Indacaterol Maleate INN
- Glycopyrronium 50 mcg as Glycopyrronium Bromide BP
Pharmacology
- Delivery of a combination of Glycopyrronium and Indacaterol by oral inhalation
- Stimulation of intracellular adenyl cyclase
- Relaxation of bronchial smooth muscle
- Inhibition of release of mediators of immediate hypersensitivity from cells
Dosage & Administration
- For oral inhalation only
- Use at the same time every day
- Maintenance treatment: 1 inhalation once daily
- Recommended dose for elderly patients
- Not indicated for use in children and adolescents
- Can be used in patients with mild to moderate renal impairment
- Caution required in patients with severe renal or hepatic impairment
Interaction
- Concomitant use with beta-adrenergic blockers, anticholinergics, or sympathomimetic agents not recommended
- Caution required with hypokalemic treatment
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to Glycopyrronium or Indacaterol
- Severe hypersensitivity to milk proteins
- Not indicated for use in asthma without long-term control medication

Precautions & Warnings
- Increased risk of serious asthma-related events with LABA monotherapy
- Do not initiate in acutely deteriorating COPD or asthma
- Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disorders
- Worsening of narrow-angle glaucoma or urinary retention may occur
- Be alert to hypokalemia and hyperglycemia
Overdose Effects
- Overdose may lead to exaggerated effects of beta2-adrenergic stimulants
- Supportive and symptomatic treatment indicated
- Hospitalization may be necessary in serious cases
