- Severe disturbances of liver function
- Dubin-Johnson syndrome
- Rotor syndrome
- Previous or existing liver tumors
- History during pregnancy of idiopathic jaundice, severe pruritus, or herpes gestationis

- Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients
