Dosing Instructions
Administer one capsule orally inhaled once daily at the same time of the day
Missed Dose Instructions
Take the next dose as soon as remembered, but not more than once every 24 hours
Usage Interaction
Avoid co-administration with other inhaled anticholinergic drugs
Compatible Treatments
- Sympathomimetic bronchodilators
- Methylxanthines
- Oral and inhaled steroids
Non-Interaction Evidence
Used concomitantly with other drugs commonly used in COPD treatment without clinical evidence of interactions

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to glycopyrronium
- Hypersensitivity to any excipients of the preparation

- Gastroenteritis

- Hypersensitivity

Elderly Patient Side Effects
- Frequent urinary tract infection
- Frequent headache
Pregnancy Use
Use during pregnancy should be justified by expected benefit to the patient
Lactation Precaution
Caution advised, use only if expected benefit to the woman is greater than any possible risk to the infant
Fertility Study
No concern regarding fertility in animal studies
Precaution Age Limit
Not for use in patients under 18 years of age
Precaution in Specific Conditions
- Narrow-angle glaucoma
- Urinary retention
Allergic Reaction Precaution
Discontinue immediately if signs of allergic reaction occur, consider alternative therapy
Life-Threatening Side Effect
Paradoxical bronchospasm may occur, discontinue immediately if it occurs
Renal Impairment Precaution
Use with caution in patients with severe renal impairment or end-stage renal disease
