Composition
- Each dry powder inhaler capsule contains Indacaterol 110 mcg
- Indacaterol Maleate INN
- Glycopyrronium 50 mcg

Pharmacology
- Combination of Glycopyrronium (an anticholinergic) and Indacaterol (a LABA)
- Stimulation of intracellular adenyl cyclase
- Relaxation of bronchial smooth muscle
- Inhibition of release of mediators of immediate hypersensitivity

- Maintenance treatment of COPD: 1 inhalation once daily
- Limitations: Not for acute bronchospasm relief or asthma treatment
