Indications

Dosage & Administration

  • 20 mg tablet once daily for adults & adolescents
  • 10 mg mouth dissolving tablet for children 6-11 years
  • 4 ml once daily for children 2-11 years

Interaction

  • Increased concentration with ketoconazole, erythromycin, cyclosporine or diltiazem
  • No effect on psychomotor performance with 20 mg intake
  • No potentiation of CNS effects with lorazepam 3 mg intake

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to active substance or excipients

Pregnancy & Lactation

  • Limited data in pregnant women
  • Preferable to avoid use during pregnancy
