Indications
- Chronic pancreatitis
- Cystic fibrosis/Mucoviscidosis
- Following partial or complete pancreatectomy
- Total gastrectomy

- Conditions associated with pancreatic insufficiency
Composition
- 325 mg of Pancreatin BP
- Amylase 7800 units
- Protease 455 units
- Lipase 6500 units
Pharmacology
Preparation of Pancreatin, containing enzymes with Amylase, Protease and Lipase activity
Dosage & Administration
2-3 tablets to be swallowed whole with little water immediately after or during meal
Interaction
Avoid concurrent use with antacid to prevent bursting out of the content in the stomach
Contraindications
Patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug

- Gastrointestinal symptoms
- Buccal and perianal soreness particularly in infants
- Hypersensitivity reactions
Pregnancy & Lactation
Use in pregnant and nursing women should be considered carefully
Precautions & Warnings
Caution with patients allergic to animal protein
