Pharmacology

• Categorized as antiandrogenic gestagen
• Contains estradiol valerate and dienogest
• Used in postmenopausal women with intact uterus

Dosage & Administration

• One tablet daily at the same time
• Each blister pack contains 28 days of treatment
• Oral use only

• Potential interference with epilepsy medicines

• Potential interference with herbal remedies containing St. John's wort

Contraindications

• Past or suspected breast cancer
• Undiagnosed genital bleeding
