Indications
- Topical treatment of Tinea pedis
- Topical treatment of Tinea cruris
- Topical treatment of Tinea corporis
Pharmacology
- Broad-spectrum antifungal agent
- Inhibition of ergosterol synthesis
- Corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory properties
Dosage & Administration
- Twice daily application
- 2 weeks treatment for tinea cruris and tinea corporis
- 4 weeks treatment for tinea pedis
- Not recommended for use beyond 4 weeks
- Not established for children below 12 years

Contraindications
- Sensitivity to components
- Sensitivity to corticosteroids or imidazoles
- Contraindicated in facial rosacea
- Contraindicated in acne vulgaris
- Contraindicated in perioral dermatitis
- Contraindicated in perianal and genital pruritus
- Contraindicated in napkin eruptions
- Contraindicated in bacterial or viral infections
Side Effects
- Adverse reactions include paresthesia, rash, edema, secondary infection, burning, dry skin, and stinging
Pregnancy & Lactation
- Inadequate evidence of safety in pregnancy
- Topical corticosteroid use caution during pregnancy
- Use caution when treating nursing mothers
Overdose Effects
- Acute overdose is unlikely and not life-threatening
- Should not be used beyond prescribed period
