Indications
- Treatment of elevated intraocular pressure
- Ocular hypertension
- Open-angle glaucoma
Pharmacology
- Inhibition of carbonic anhydrase in ciliary processes
- Decrease in aqueous humor secretion
- Reduction in intraocular pressure (IOP)
Dosage & Administration
- Shake well before use
- Insert 1 drop in affected eye(s) three times daily
- Use in pediatric patients
- Use in geriatric patients
- Can be used concomitantly with other topical ophthalmic products
Interaction
- Possible drug interactions with high-dose salicylate therapy
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any component of the product
